Hi There,

We have relocated to Wellington for buisness for at least the next 6 months and are looking for a fully furnished residence in the Wellington area. Currently we are renting an apartment in Lambton Quay on a weekly basis, so we are looking to move as soon as possible as it is available for a longer term. We are non-smokers, quiet and clean. We would prefer something close to the CBD, or close to the beach.  The key things for us are; Minimum 2 bedroom (prefer 3 or more to accomodate visitors) good heating, modern type house (or renovated), gas cooking and hot water and a small area for our British Bulldog.
